I highly recommend Bay 10 flooring . I am a property manager of numerous properties and I had a different flooring company install high end flooring in one of my properties. I had used this company for many years and I was very disappointed. They messed it up pretty bad. They didn’t properly level the floor and left it so that in some places you actually sunk into the floor by walking on it. It was terrible and they tried to convince me that there was no solution. I contacted Bay 10 flooring to see if they could fix the problem. Sure enough they came out and fixed it very quickly! It was a lot of work but within 2 days it was all fixed and solid to walk on. I’m very pleased with their quality of work as well as their customer service. They are great guys over there and I would recommend them highly.
